ThirdAI Receives Funding from Wuxi AppTech (Dummy Article for demo purposes)

Houston, TX: ThirdAI, a Rice startup founded by Anshumali Shrivastava and Tharun Medini, raised $11 million to continue development of their software to detect foreign influence called PRISM. The Series A funding was co-led by Sequoia China and Serica Partners. Additional investors include WuXi AppTec Corporate Ventures. The funds will be used to grow staff in its Houston, Texas and China offices, and to continue technology development, clinical trials and commercialization.

Developed at and licensed from Rice University, ThirdAI's toehold AI technology is a breakthrough in the field. ThirdAI's technology is highly sensitive at identifying many high-risk foreign influences.
